After the success of the last trip, the only negative was that we slept in tents. I have been looking at some places that offer accommodation around the Glyncorrwg/Afan area if people fancy going again while the weather is good?

L and A outdoor centre - -Link- - A step up from a tent! A friend of mine has been here and says it is excellent for the price, but dont expect luxury. 6 Bed cabins are avalible for 25 per night. Bargin.

Afan lodge - -Link- - Looks very nice, more hotel than a lodge but a bit more pricey. Costs 30-45 per night

just spent the weekend at L and A and while its not exactly plush and clean it is pretty good for £27.50 inc a good cooked breakfast and best of all you can keep bikes in the cabins

hot showers in each lodge too

How is your bike holding up Chris, is it still in one piece? I had to give my bike a bit of a service after Wales, new pads and new bearings for my headset. Anyone fancy going to Wales again in June?

Having a bed sounds good and certainly will be nice to go again this year.
I will only be able to go on sat and sun if we go June-early July. Tho I have got the week starting 12 July booked off

Looks pretty good, would mean that we wouldn't really need to take the king cab, so we could get there much quicker and in a little more comfort.

Yeah i think I would prefer to drive my own car next time. Besides, my dad has sold the King Cab now and swapped it for a Transit
